Cook bacon to that perfect crunch every time. Eat it with eggs, toss it into salad, or try it in our bacon and cheese crepe because everything's better with bacon.
Place the pan on the burner and preheat to 370°F/ 190°C (medium-high).
Place the halved bacon slices in the preheated pan and cook 4 minutes or until it begins to crisp.
Continue cooking for 2 more minutes or until it is partially rendered on the second side.
Flip one more time and cook for 2 more minutes or until golden brown. If you like your bacon a bit more crispy, continue cooking to your desire doneness. While the bacon cooks, prepare a tray or plate lined with paper towels.
Using a pair of tongs, carefully transfer the bacon from the pan to a paper towel lined tray or large plate. If you want to cook more bacon, repeate the cooking process. Once completed, turn off the heat.
Enjoy with our delicious Sunny Side Up Eggs , Country Scramble or reserve to add to salads, burgers or as an alternative for crêpe fillings.
