This non-stick pan recipe is a simple and quick way to make homemade cheese crackers perfect dipping in spreads and dips, to crumble over salads, or as a yummy snack.
Preheat the Non- stick pan to 300°F/ 150°C (medium). While the pan preheats, add the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
Evenly sprinkle the cheese over the surface of the pan in a single layer leaving about 1" (2.5cm) free around the edges. Cook for 4- 5 minutes or until the top begins to look opaque.
Flip and continue cooking for 2- 3 minutes until no more steam is visible. While the cracker cooks, line a plate or tray with paper towels and set aside.
Turn off the heat and transfer the cheese cracker to a tray or plate lined with paper towels and sprinkle with salt while warm..
Enjoy this cracker in cheese plates, alongside a dipp, or broken into pieces as a salad topping.
