This fast and tasty Asian inspired side dish combines portobello mushrooms and green beans, which are seasoned with sesame seed, honey and soy sauce for a flavor packed side dish or the perfect garnish for a rice bowl.
Combine the following ingreidents in a mixing bowl and set aside.
Mix both ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Add the oil and set the pan at 425°F/ 220°C (high).
Add the seasoned vegetables and cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until the mushrooms look caramelized and the green beans are cooked but still crunchy.
Turn off the heat and transfer the vegetables to a serving bowl. Drizzle with the soy and honey sauce and enjoy while warm. If desired, garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
