This Cue classic sweet crepe recipe is now gluten free! Use your favorite gluten free all purpose flour for a sweet treat that you fill or enjoy on its own.
In a blender, blend all ingredients for 30 seconds on medium speed until well incorporated.
Preheat the pan to 375°F/ 190°C (medium- high), then lightly coat the pan wth nonstick spray.
Using a ladle or a 1/4 cup measure, add 2 oz of crepe batter to the pan and immediately tilt the pan so that the batter evenly coats the entire bottom of the pan. Cook for 1 minute or until the surface looks opaque.
Flip and cook for 1 more minute or until the edges begin to lightly curl up.
Using a spatula, transfer the crepe to a large plate. Continue cooking the remaining batter, then turn off the heat.
Fill with your preferred filling or try one of ours.
