1. Begin Cooking the Pasta

Add the ingredients listed below, then set the temperature of your pan to 230°F/110°C (medium-low), and cook the pasta for about 10 minutes or until the water has mostly evaporated.

  • Water1 ½ cups
  • Small Elbow Pasta4 oz
  • Kosher Salt½ tsp.

2. Add the Remaining Ingredients and Finish the Mac & Cheese

Once the ingredients are stirred in, cook the pasta for about 5 minutes or until the cheese and milk have formed a creamy sauce and the pasta is well coated as well as fully cooked.

  • Whole Milk½ cup
  • Unsalted Butter1 Tbsp.
  • Monterey Jack Cheese(shredded)½ cup
  • Cheddar Cheese(shredded)½ cup

3. Serve Immediatley

Turn of the heat and enjoy your macaroni while hot. You can also transfer the Mac & Cheese into a casserole and broil until golden brown in a hot oven.
