Way better than boxed Mac & Cheese, our recipe uses the same quick and easy method but with real ingredients for a bowl full of love.
Stir the ingredients until well incorporated.
Set the temperature to 230°F/ 110°C (low), then cook the pasta for 10 minutes or until tender and most of the water has evaporated. Stir occasionally.
Stir in the ingredients, then finish cooking for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Turn off the heat, then serve the mac and cheese into bowls and garnish with more cheese, hot sauce, or chopped herbs. You can also pour into a casserole dish and flash under the broiler for a nice golden brown crust.
