This sweet crepe is your canvas: fill it with our Bananas Foster, Citrus Caramel or whatever sweet treat inspires you.
In a blender, blend all ingredients for 30 seconds on medium speed until well incorporated. If needed, scrape down the sides and blend a few more seconds.
Preheat the pan to 375°F/190°C (medium) and lightly coat with nonstick spray. If using butter, add the butter and allow to melt completely.
Using a ladle or a 1/4 cup measure, add 2 oz of crepe batter to the center of the pan and immediately tilt the pan so that the batter evenly coats the entire bottom of the pan.
Cook the first side of the crepe at 375°F/190°C (medium) for 1 minute.
Using a spatula, gently flip the crepe.
Continue cooking the crepe for 1 minute.
Using a spatula, transfer the crepe to a large plate. If cooking another crepe, wipe the pan clean and spray again before cooking the next crepe.
Fill with your preferred filling and serve.
